Unknown Future

I'm feeling rather vulnerable these days with uncertainty, so I chose to do a self-portrait with the vanishing point (future) way off in the distance and obscured. I changed the image to monochromatic with the channel mixer, burn tool on figure with an overall increase in brightness and contrast. Then, I applied Kim Klassen's texture, 'paperlove',> desaturate >brightness and contrast added>blend-mode: multiply @ 44%. I erased the texture over the figure and added the frame.
